She’s a beauty!

After almost four years feeding a “feral” cat (our old neighbourhood had DOZENS) and forcing her to move with us last year, she turned up missing a couple weeks back and when she reappeared, was super skinny and almost unable to stand up. Mortified at what happened to her but she was suddenly eager to come in and has been recuperating in my son’s room until we can get her vaccinated and ready to assimilate. Still a little nervous because we’ve witnessed her chase, kill, and half eat a squirrel more than once and I have four parrots, but fingers crossed she domesticates quickly.

Biggest problem will probably be that our lease only allows two cats and we have three now… Just can’t risk her coming to a bad end after we’ve invested so much love in her. The CDS is pretty firm about your responsibilities when they drop a furbaby in your lap this way.
