11. She's an excitable old lady

but can’t maintain hyper drive for too long. More curious than hyper for the most part. One of her many middle names is Snuffleupagus. Our yard is an acre clearing on 10 acres of steep wooded mountainside with a creek on the lower boundary, so there’s always some scent trail to investigate. She’s about 50 pounds now, give or take, and incredibly strong, protective, and loving.

She’s crazy about my daughter who lives the next county. Molly will start barking and dancing/bouncing about 5 minutes before daughter arrives, and covers daughter with kisses as soon as she gets out of her car. They are “sisters” insists dear daughter.

My life is more better since we rescued one another.
