I made the right choice about Tudor, last night [View all]

When I saw his mother had his sisters tucked with her beneath the Passion Flower plant, I thought here we go again! So I brought him inside, scooped up Dylan to keep him company and gave them a good meal.

But I kept checking and just before dark I saw his sisters bumbling back to the shelter. I decided to put Tudor in the shelter with them and return Dylan to his mom. She's VERY understanding. I did keep checking and listening until after dark. Tudor has a very loud and distinctive 'chirp' so if he was outside of the shelter, I'd hear him.

This morning I had to do a quick trip to the store and was pretty sure I head Tudor, singing away. When I returned and brought out the food, guess who came running up to me - the sweetest kitten on the planet! And was he HUNGRY. Well, all of the kittens were.

So I feel better about the mom. I did see her nursing him earlier in the day. I just get nervous when he isn't included with his sisters.

I'll keep a close eye on the situation.
