I hadn't seen Tegan since this morning. All day and tonight Bronwyn and Rhian were here. The mom was here far more than usual. No Tegan, so you know where my mind went.

I noticed the feral's water bowl was low so I walked over to turn on the garden hose. And there was Tegan, on the opposite end of the house from the shelter! She was curled in a tight little ball. One eye needed cleaning. I have no idea how long she had been there but I felt SO relieved to find her. Now that spot will be included in my patrol area.

I took her back to her sisters and got a hiss from the mom. I ignored her and cleaned Tegan's eye. I could tell that she immediately felt much better.

A few minutes later the kittens and their mom was gone. I have little doubt they will return in the morning.

Throughout all of this drama, Tudor was romping around with Dylan, Dot, Rhys and Merlin. The boys all stopped to have a snack while Dot attacked a leaf.
