years, although I would have preferred a life sentence. Anyone who abuses animals deserves to be punished. Those who chain dogs should receive a sentence of being chained outside in all kinds of weather.

I am glad that this sweet-faced baby got a good human companion and hope he recovers from the trauma of his previous life.
