This morning I love Merlin even more than before. How is that possible? [View all]

I woke up from a very disturbing dream at about 3:45. I got up, for a while, and then headed back to bed. Merlin followed me and as soon as I pulled up the covers, he jumped up and put his head right next to mine. Then he purred and gave me a kiss. I fell back to sleep with him stretched out along my arm.

Ever since I got up, he's been right by my side.

How did I ever get so lucky???
