1. here is a better idea -- tax them ALL.

Not taxing someone or something like a company is a government putting a thumb on the scales of establishing and maintaining the viability of that business.

Otherwise, they would not give tax abatements to companies and land developers. It is done to help them succeed.

So, by definition, exempting them from taxes in the first place is in violation of the establishment clause of the constitution. Not that I believe Beer Bing, Uncle Thomas, the hamdmaiden, et al have actually read the document
