Russia is running out of troops for its war on the people of Ukraine how are they gonna set up
a military base in Nicaragua too? And would you like to be on a Russian flagged military ship
going to Nicaragua knowing that with European satellites and Ukrainian drones you ocean cruise
might not be too nice?
