Do YOU have personal knowledge of the particulars involving this case (or cases)?

And, no - you CANNOT go on to other people's property and just start 'cleaning it up', without have specific permission. This has less to do with veterans - and a lot more to do with trespass and permission. SOMEBODY is telling the cops that these guys don't HAVE that permission.
