13. I have a walker, not nearly as fancy as the OP, but I have ideas.

The first thought were some handlebar streamers.
A bell would be a hoot too. It would have to be the type with one clear bell.
But, the walker is flashy on its own. It’s bright red, and one of the frame is the name, F22, just like jet. I have a suspicion that the name is an inside joke. I’m ok with that.

I guess the streamers would distract from the F22 emblazoned on its side. I hope some see the humor of the name.
