"The lawsuits claim that Solar for All was already a year into operation, so the funds were obligated, and that taking away already obligated funds is illegal."

Electricity costs are really high on the reservation, and 35% of residents live below the poverty level.

This sounds like something that DOGE put on the chopping block.
