Keystone, the one running near my home in NE MN. And there are no doubt others that I do not know about. They cost a fortune to build and they leak. Aren't we supposed to be close to oil depletion not the mention the effect of fossil fuels on climate? Why are we investing all this money and natural lands into this dying policy?
