The texts reveal that Burns would get angry when McNeese did not respond to her calls and messages while at work and she would "retaliate" by "repeatedly shaking, striking, punching and threatening to kill the child," the County Attorney’s Office said.
Burns would then allegedly send photos and videos of the child crying, “documenting the abuse as it occurred,” according to the statement.

What an evil witch. And her husband/partner is little better. I hope they never return that poor baby to either, parent.
