2. It's the first time this has happened since I split my insulin dose.

It may be a cumulative thing. I rode 25 miles with the Friday group and then 45 miles on Saturday. That's an unusual thing. I do feel OK. I haven't riden since. Today I spent some time on bike cleaning and maintenance.
