At Liverpool. Than goodness he got an offer from FSG before Chelsea had a chance to replace Jose M.

I think he has the right personality for the current squad, it appears they are enjoying playing.

Sturridge may be getting nervous now as he's not a runner and JK likes players that challenge. Benteke does and Suarez did. Torres was known to be aggressive up front too.

Just my theory, but if forwards press the fullbacks it is more likely to cause the fullback to make a mistake or give up the ball in the midfield.

I was coached that way and when I coached I found it was a very effective way to set the tone for the game.
