I have a natal Mutable Grand Cross (Uranus conj Pluto Virgo 11th, Chiron Pisces 5th, Jupiter Gemini 9th, and Merc Sag 3rd), a natal Grand Trine in Water (MC Cancer, Neptune Scorpio 2nd, Chiron Pisces 5th - which also connects it to the Grand Cross), and a natal Grand Sextile encompassing my entire chart, all of which conspires to create what I've heard called a "magic box" in the middle of my chart. I have no idea what that last part means, but all of that together creates a "mell of a hess" as my Grandma used to say.😂 Granted, some of the aspects involved in all of that are a bit wide, but given the proximity of everything, I still think it applies.

The only advice I can give would be to do your best to focus on only one part at a time, directing your attention to issues or things that transits aspecting any of the points in the T-cross or GC might highlight at any given time. It may not completely get rid of the confusion, but at least you'll only be dealing with one (or maybe two) things at a time instead of all of it at once.
