Notifications Box not going away

1. After you hit "dismiss" it should not come back at all

But it might depend on your browser settings... here is a page with some instructions for making sure the notification permission is set correctly in Edge:

That said, I don't think the notification is supposed to appear in the center of your screen. Is there any way you can get a screenshot of it and post it here or email it to me? ([e-mail])

If you press the "PrtSc" key on your keyboard the clip tool should appear. This will make the clip tool appear at the top of the screen. If you click the third icon from the left and select "Rectangle" you can draw an area on your screen which will be copied directly to your clipboard -- just paste that into an email to me.
