believe marijuana should be legalized, and, IMO and all that, legalizing pot is going to be very onerous and arduous. Conveniently, she also has seemed quite fond of civil forfeiture, which is another way to make money from pot busts. Whether there is actually pot, or not. Our law enforcement system seems to consider civil forfeiture as a game and as part of their budget. No one, evidently, is going to give up the power and the money.
