I think that working poor includes:
1. Homeless people
2. People working but who have to get SNAP or TANF because they don't make enough
3. People working part time because they can't find a full time job
4. People working two jobs because income from one job isn't enough to make ends meet
5. People who cannot afford to live where they work (example people who work service jobs in Vail, CO often have to live many miles away)
6. People who make well above minimum but cannot save because they are paying huge student loan payments each month
7. People who were middle class and live in suburbia but got laid off and are now reemployed in a job that isn't so good but still are sustaining the same amount or more debt - they barely have enough to make ends meet
8. Anyone with less than $10K in savings and who cannot save anything because they don't make enough to
