21. a kennedy, I'm sorry you are having a rough time

And I think you found the perfect place to post. I am glad you posted and that so many saw it and responded. It’s hard to be alone in our grief. I believe Grief is a little easier to bear when shared.

One year or ten, time means little to those who love and have lost their loved one. Love and Grief are two sides of the same coin and neither can be bound by space or time. We don’t “get over” grief, we move through it, with good days and bad. When the hard times hit, it’s nice to know there is someone out there who cares and will listen. Even if it’s through a computer. DU has so many people who seem ready to do just that.

Breathe…. And may tomorrow be a bit easier for you.
