The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof;

Certainly some rigid standards making elections reliable and consistent across all states would be a good thing, and the Constitution defined Congress as having that role.

But we all know what is happening here. This is nothing more than a move to put Musk and Palantir in charge of the elections so that they can expand what they did in 2024 to every precinct in the country.
