2. Excellent points. The issue we have with voting is that too many eligible voters don't bother

And I certainly agree that that if eligible voters didn't have to rush to return to work that would make a big difference in the turnout. And then there was that problem in Texas, where they changed polling places and many didn't get a chance to vote because they refused to extend the hours. And we know that when turnout is heavy, Democrats tend to win.
