To deplete the US arsenal such that we cannot defend ourselves.

The best part of all this attempt to help ruzzia is that Ukraine is kicking their ass by blowing up all their oil infrastructure so they can't load it onto ships in many of their ports so the whole oil advantage for ruzzia is lost.

But it seems that destroying our military from top to bottom is the goal.
