In Mafia circles it likely means to off someone.

Todd Blanche and Donnie The Dotard,... your Mafia connections are showing. YouZ guyz are using the US Justice Department to settle personal outstanding obligations you feel are owed to you by your perceived political enemies. The USDOJ is to be a tool to seek justice,... not a weapon to seek revenge against folks who have fallen off your buddy list and may have inadvertently offended you.

Why do you incessantly pervert our system of justice ? Using the power and authority of your office to make a mockery of and bring jeopardy to the foundations of justice.
