1. Brooks is an idiot

I'm really glad that Jonathan countered Brooks's total lie about violence. Brooks said, "If you look at who thinks violence is justified, it tends to be younger people, by a lot. Most progressives and most conservatives oppose violence, but you get two and a half times as many progressives say it's justified than not."

He's conveniently forgetting about the long history of conservatives violence against politicians, not to mention the current regime that justifies violence and the killing of anyone who they deem "the enemy," including American citizens.
