Planned Parenthood CEO slams abortion pill ruling: 'Trying to do another national abortion ban' - The Weekend Primetime [View all]
The maker of one of the most popular abortion pills on the market is fighting back after a court restricted access to it. A federal appeals court temporarily barred abortion providers from prescribing mifepristone through telemedicine and sending prescriptions through the mail.
Today, the company that makes mifepristone filed an emergency appeal to the Supreme Court demanding access to the drug be fully restored.
