The handwriting doesn't match Epstein's - he never wrote cursive, and was a terrible speller. Seems more likely someone in the jail wrote it knowing the timetable of when letters go out, and how prison mail workers. Trying to take advantage of the uproar after his suicide.

People do nutty things to try to achieve a moment of fame. I'm sure the FBI tipline sees a lot of that.
