As for his blabbering about oil, their oil isn't great quality stuff, our refineries can't handle it. One way or another, it will most likely go to China or India, and tht's fine. The problem is that the Chinese have barely made a dent in repairing the infrastructure that has been neglected for over 30 years and it will cost a fortune to make it fully functional. My best guess says some oil boy wanted to get his $5 million worth of access to Fatso and bent his ear about the possibility----on the taxpayer dime, of course. Fatso then blabbed into the first microphone he saw, which is what he does these days.

I dougt the rest of the oil boys are pleased, now it will be nearly impossible for them to get riders passed to fund the rebuilding needed to make the oil boys richer.
