I don't understand how US Customs and Border Protection can be legally operating in Minneapolis. Their jurisdiction is at the US/Canada and US/Mexico borders and at airports. They are also allowed to operate within 100 miles of a coastline or border. Minneapolis is out of their jurisdiction. I also don't understand how the head twerp from CBP can direct the actions ICE agents.
