since all the good agents either left or were dumped by Eloon's DOGE bros. The ones who are left mostly couldn't find their own asses with a rearview mirror, a printed guide, AND Waze to tell them how to get there. They should probably leave it to the local cops and the Arizona Bureau of Investigation.
