2. Before I watch, I'm going to guess it's the Michael Wolfe controversy that she started.

She demanded that he retract his claim and pay her something like a billion dollars to show contrition and remorse.

He refused and filed a pre-emptive lawsuit against Melania (because under NY law, you can't sue a journalist unless it's for defamation). And what Melania is worried about is that his lawsuit would subject her to Discovery, which means papers and depositions under Oath. And questions about Epstein.

As far as I've heard, the lawsuit hasn't been dismissed. And she has a choice of not answering the summons and complaint, saying nothing, and paying Wolfe the full amount of his claim or going through embarrassing questions.
