Michael Popok reports on 50 House Democrats calling for the creation of a bipartisan 17 person Commission on Presidential Capacity to Discharge Powers and Duties, to get the Trump Cabinet and VP under oath about Trump's mental capacity and provide oversight over the 25th Amendment removal process.
