1. Mediterranean Diet with a bit more protein, whole dairy products.

Avoid saturated fats and vivisected foods in all their processed forms, and cut the carbs and sugars.

Mediterranean diet would favor EV olive oil, and avoid seed oils, and have lots of fish (as if you can afford it). Fresh fish is largely imported, has it disappeared from your supermarket? It's about 2/3 less in mine.
