Dean Obeidallah: Former Confederate state Tennessee GOP just embraced Jim Crow 2.0 to Silence Black voters just as Trump demanded. All the states now drawing new congressional maps to eliminate Black districts were slave states that had joined the Confederacy, waged war on the USA and then imposed Jim Crow laws.
