Yesterday

Is there a (perhaps free) way to convert these video (speech) files to text files?

More and more (audio) files with less and less (visual) text to read and to absorb does not set(play) well with my few still-functioning brain cells.

Also, as all can easily see, with video presentations there is no time for digestion, no time for rumination, and of course, there is no time for re-reading or highlighting...
