She told the only celeb she ever actively disliked was - surprise surprise - Bill O'Reilly. She said he was every bit the pompous, rude and arrogant AH you would expect from having seen him on TV.

One example that struck me in the opposite way was a couple who just pitched in and did the stuff they volunteered for, wearing name badges that said "Hi I'm Betty" and "Hi I'm BIll" or whatever their names actually were. OVer the course of the day, my wife was insanely busy, as always, and had had no chance to actually speak with them, She apologized for that and introduced herself, and the couple did the same.

Turned out, they were both Du Ponts. How much easier would it have been for them to have a PA send a cheque....but they wanted to REALLY help. I don't know anything more about them than that, but that impressed me a lot.
