I was going to have questions about this school shooting, I would question the bullet hitting his metal chest protector and glancing off, barely hitting his neck.
I don't think that this was a false flag shooting. But I'm a little surprised that no one is saying that Kirk might have been foolhardy enough to sit for a sniper to shoot his chest protector.
