*rump orders the Congress to intentionally not do their fiduciary duty of deliberation, not even talk to one another.

That sounds similar to him taking over their power of appropriation as well.

I believe the founders created the Congress in Article 1 for the same reason that the 1st Amendment became the FIRST amendment.

The current executive gives absolutely no respect to Congress and in turn Article 1 of the Constitution, perhaps it's time for them to uphold their oaths, and return the favor.

They can start by opening the Epstein files.
