I have found https://whiteroseresistance.org/ which looks like it might be a source. But I'm guessing the image came from facebook.

Be careful because "thewhiteroseresistance.life" is another anti-abortion abomination.

I do remember this whole Iran-Contra fiasco - I was actually working as a DOD contractor while this was going down.
