10. Luigi is facing 11 state charges in NY, including 1st-degree murder and murder as a crime of terrorism.

If convicted of all the state criminal charges in New York he would face a mandatory sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. Mangione is also facing federal charges for using a firearm to commit murder and interstate stalking resulting in death. These federal charges make him eligible for the death penalty. Good luck finding a jury, Pam.
