Stripping the children of immigrants of birthright citizenship is but a prelude [View all]

How long before Trump demands, and the Supreme Court upholds, that any citizen, no matter how long their family and ancestors have been here, can be stripped of citizenship and shipped off to God knows where. Nobody will be safe, even if your ancestors came over on the Mayflower. Criticize Trump or his minions, poof, you'll be gone. This is what they're creeping up on, this is what they want, this is what is coming.

I think that there is a different approach to combatting this. Rather than arguing over citizenship, asylum, etc, make the case that with these deportations are criminal human trafficking. They are now wanting to ship these people to Sudan(doesn't matter whether South or North) and Libya. The thing is these countries, along with others, still practice slavery, buying and selling of human flesh. So if you're selling people into slavery, are you not engaging in human trafficking?

I think that this is a legal strategy that could work. We need to stop this now, by any means necessary, not only because it is the moral and ethical thing to do, but also because it will be me, or you, next.
