Where is this child, born in St. Louis, a citizen, if not in the country of their birth?

What if the country of their ancestors doesn't give them citizenship?

And considering FOUR of Trump's own children-- and he himself-- are the children of immigants-- and Ivana was not a citizen when her children were born-- well, obviously he doesn't care about any children at all.
