Between the cons dragging it out to meet Trumps 4th of July timeline and Schumer forcing the reading. Its doing nothing more than inconveniencing the Democrats. The bills passage is a forgone conclusion at this point. There is nothing more he (or any dem) can do to stop the inevitable. Id be frustrated too. As this like rubbing salt into a wound in slow motion.
