11. vascular dementia

Friday

My husband died of this. He had a lot of vein problems and had two surgeries on his legs before he died. They rerouted the bad veins in his legs to healthier veins. He was a mess.

Not long after this, the dementia set in big time.

It states on his death cert. that he died from vascular dementia.

Not good, not good at all.

I truly feel sorry for anyone that has this condition.

As his caretaker, my life was a living hell.
