There is a civil rights division in the Department of Justice. Any alleged antisemitism at any college or institution should be handled by that department. And if that institution is found guilty or responsible for any violation, fines and sanctions can be imposed.

Certainly, federal funding is not eliminated by a President's executive order. The DOJ would make recommendations on changes that any institution should make.

I don't get it.
