Epstein was eyeing a property in Florida and took tRump to see it. tRump swooped in and bought it before Epstein could. Then a year or two later he sold it for more than double to a Russian oligarch: $45M sold for $95M or something similar. Money laundering, undoubtedly.

Epstein was pissed and the relationship went south. Then, the rumour is, tRump turned Epstein over to police, he was charged, ~~and Pam Blondi, then AG of Floriduh, gave him a sweetheart deal.~~ {I was in error.}
