1. The requirements seem to be:

1) Any warm body
2) Doesn't mind (or perhaps doesn't realize) that he*'ll be a pariah for the rest of their life because of this employment choice.
3) No grade above a C in American or European History or Civics.
4?) Willingness/eagerness to harass brown people.

*Used "he" because I'm not sure if females are allowed.. Sounds pretty DEI to me. And dog forbid anyone using a "they" pronoun is hired. In fact, knowledge of what pronouns are might be disqualifying.
