12. The video shows it is obviously him. There is only one ICE agent there not wearing a stocking cap.

That is the murderer. He has nothing on his head. That is the guy ID'ed here. You can follow the guy during the entire video. He starts to the right of the vehicle, moves around the front to the front left corner where he fires his shots. As soon as he's done shooting, he walks towards the wrecked car and then back down the street where he gets in another car who drives off. You are WRONG. It is clearly obvious on the video.
