If it isn't, it won't be the first time I've suggested holding off on attacking someone based on an internet identification that later turned out to be wrong (too much later for the innocent people caught up in the wrath of the internet). It won't even be the first time on DU.
My point was that the person I responded to insisted that they could track him through the entire video. He is not even visible in half of the video, so there is no way anyone can track him through the entire video. The first part of the video is too distant to see much (the reason no one is citing that as identification). The end at least superficially resembles him (white male not wearing a cap in ICE gear). But because he vanishes for the video, there is no way to reliably connect the shooter (the first part of the video) with the person in the close-up.
