54. Yes. I think he walked up close to the car as Ms. Good backed up.

I think the purpose of Ms. Good backing up was to give herself room to clear him. However, he kept closing the distance. Despite Ms. Good's best efforts to avoid having the vehicle brush against him, he put himself in the path of contact.
